Ingredients
2 cups of basil (packed)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a high-power blender or food processor until a smooth mixture forms and enjoy!
Notes
You can also substitute the pine nuts for almonds or walnuts.
